Returns/refunds/exchanges are only accepted if the product received is damaged or falsely advertised (i.e., 100% refund for a major fault), or if the product is unworn/unused and the tag is intact. The customer will have 14 days to return the item and the receipt for a refund of 80% of the item price. The 20% will cover fees associated with processing and handling a refund.
